Key Personnel

Arthur Goldner,
President and CEO

Arthur Goldner, the founder of AGA, has been a licensed real estate broker since 1971. Mr. Goldner has extensive experience in the acquisition and management of commercial investment real estate. Under his leadership, over the past 40 years, AG&A has established itself as a leader in the Chicago real estate brokerage community and for its in-house management division. In addition, AGA has completed more than 80 real estate acquisitions of commercial investment properties throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and other markets in the Midwest. These acquisitions, on behalf of partnerships and limited liability companies, were all headed by Mr. Goldner, in his capacity as general partner or managing member. Mr. Goldner attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and majored in architecture.

   

Arthur Evans,
Counsel and Partner


Arthur H. Evans is the managing partner of the law firm of Arnstein & Lehr, LLP. He has been engaged in the practice of law since 1974 and specializes in areas of corporations, taxation and real estate. Mr. Evans is also a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Evans has been instrumental in the structuring of many of AGA's offerings of real estate partnerships, and is currently serving as general partner and/or managing member in several of AG&A's partnerships and limited liability companies. Mr. Evans received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and his law degree from DePaul University.

   

Lee Wolfson,
Executive Vice President

With over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Wolfson brings with him his extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of retail leasing, development, re-development, merchandising, demographic analysis and marketing.From 1983 through 2002, Mr. Wolfson headed up the leasing department for Joseph Freed & Associates, LLC, a leading real estate developer in the Midwest. While at Freed, Mr. Wolfson was involved with over 15 million square feet of new developments, re-developments and leasing of exisiting assets. From 2002 through 2013, Mr. Wolfson has worked on more than 10 million square feet of retail shopping center, malls and mixed use developments for specific private clients. During his tenure, Mr. Wolfson has negotiated over 3500 net leases with many of the national and regional retailers.

Mr. Wolfson has been a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 30 years and has served on the Illinois State ICSC Board, since 1988. Mr. Wolfson served as the State Retail Chairman for two terms and has Chaired several ICSC events throughout the state. In May of 2014, Wolfson was given the position of Illinois ICSC State Ambassador.

   

Rachel Bubis,
Director of Property Management Accounting

Ms. Bubis, a license real estate salesperson, has been with Arthur Goldner & Associates, Inc. for over 13 years. During this time she has headed up the firm's data processing division. In addition, Ms. Bubis is in charge of all technological upgrades to the computer systems and real estate software. Her education and experience before joining Arthur Goldner & Associates, Inc. were related to computer science and software programming.

   

Debra Pinto,
Property Manager


Ms. Pinto, a licensed real estate salesperson, has over 25 years in property management managing retail centers and multifamily buildings. Her experience includes The Brementowne Mall, a 375,000 square foot shopping center in Tinley Park, Illinois, The Greenbrook Executive Center, a 120,000 square foot professional medical building and a 1.4 million square foot Industrial Park in Franklin Park, IL. Presently she is responsible for the daily management of 17 residential properties throughout the City of Chicago and Evanston.

   

Kathy Cunningham,
Property Manager


Kathy Cunningham is the property manager for One Cascade Plaza, a 241,000 square foot high-rise office building in Akron, Ohio. Kathy has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including property management and leasing of office, retail, and medical facilities. Kathy also has experience in real estate funding for new store development, integration and management of corporate real estate for KeyBank, and has worked with various corporate clients in strategic planning, lease administration, acquisition, disposition and special projects.

   

Rick Aronhalt,
Property Manager


Rick Aronhalt is the property manager for PNC Plaza, a 358,000 square foot high-rise office building in Columbus, Ohio. Rick began his professional career as an accountant with Touche Ross and was responsible for implementing the local office merger for Deloitte and Touche before moving on to real estate. Rich has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including property and accounting. Rick has worked as an owner's representative for a public school district overseeing the planning, design and construction of over $80 million of school facilities. Rick's strong account background has been instrumental in annualizing operations and maximizing profit.

   

Allison Sullivan,
Property Manager


Allison Sullivan is the Real Estate Manager for One Energy Center, a 162,560square foot office building in Naperville, Illinois. Allison has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry managing over 500,000 square feet of tenant space. Allison has been responsible for supervising the day to day operations of multiple properties. Her specific responsibilities and skills include strategic planning, budgeting and financial reporting, property operations, leasing support, tenant improvements and all due diligence relating to dispositions of the properties.

   

Kally Morton,
Real Estate Analyst


Kally Morton is a real estate Market Strategist for Arthur Goldner & Associates. Ms. Morton's strategic initiatives have played a fundamental role in the development, growth and success of the firm. Her responsibilities include market and demographic analysis, as well as creating financial models for all projects based on market trends and forecasting. Ms. Morton is responsible for the development of presentations and materials for site selection and tours for retail clientele. Additionally, she is charged with developing and managing new, progressive systems for the overall administrative processes for AGA.

   

Erin M. Collier-Davoodi,
Property Manager


Erin Collier-Davoodi is a Property Manager for Arthur Goldner & Associates, Inc.'s Property Management Department. As the primary liaison between the Property Managers and Tenants, Ms. Collier-Davoodi ensures the day-to-day responsibilities are addressed, monitored and completed in a timely manner. She plays a key role in maintaining AGA's relationship with tenants, vendors, and on-sight personnel. Ms. Collier-Davoodi has a Bachelorís Degree from Southern Illinois University and has over twenty years of professional experience serving the public in various roles.

   

Maryann Bulleri,
Executive Assistant to the President


Ms. Bulleri, in her second decade with AGA, serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the office of the President. She additionally serves as a liaison to the senior management team, corporate operations and external management. She oversees and directs all aspects of the administration and management of AGA's corporate office and provides support for the department heads for their day to day needs. In addition, to maintaining AGA's clients and customer satisfaction; setting the standard with our workforce.
